You have found your dream home to let, completed the paperwork, paid your deposit and finally moved in. What’s next? When you rent a property you are after all paying for a service. Not only do you want a roof over your head, and a comfortable one at that, but you also want the peace of mind that if anything needs attending to, it will be dealt with swiftly and effectively.
To put things into context; you know that some tenants find themselves in the awful position of not being able to get the boiler repaired in the middle of winter or perhaps with a gushing leak in the bathroom with no one to help them.

We are confident that you will not only be comfortable in your new home when you rent through us, but that you will enjoy your time there with no stress or worry. We will be there to help you day and night if you have an emergency and we’ll endeavour to find a suitable solution.
Our management services include –
- • Swift response to emergencies
- • The safekeeping of your deposit in accordance with industry regulations
- • Regular inspections
- • A commitment to ensure that repairs and upkeep are dealt with as necessary
- • Strong communication between us and the tenant
There are lots of things to consider when moving into a new property; we have put together a checklist which we hope you will find useful. It can be found by clicking here.
As the managing agent of your property, we are constantly looking to improve our systems. For example, we have a modern portal in place where tenants can easily report maintenance problems which then come straight through to us so that we can deal with them promptly. The system also allows you to upload photos of your problem with clear specification of your maintenance issue. This will ensure we receive the correct information and will also help our contractors to bring the correct tools and equipment to resolve the issue at hand.
To report a repair please click here. It is a user friendly site and we recommend that you save the link as a favourite on your devices so that you always have it at hand. It may be useful to know that the system operates in many different languages for your convenience.
